At its July 1st board meeting, heart recipient, Bill Soloway, became the third president in the chapter’s 25-year history (Elizabeth Rubin served 1995 thru 2005, immediate past-president, Jim Gleason served from 2005 through 2020). In a separate action, the board expanded its membership by one and elected Bob Goodman (also a heart recipient) to fill that new position.
